SUP YOGA BOARD!
The Jobe Lena is a SUP yoga specific board with extra volume for better stability, a full length of grip on the deck, bungees for your water bottle and extra kit and a paddle clip to keep your paddle out of the way whilst the session is running.
We attach to anchors during the session so we don't drift off!

Why Do SUP Yoga?

SUP yoga can help you to overcome stress, to maintain a healthy body and mind and helps you to connect with nature. The compromised stability of the board requires greater engagement of your muscles than yoga on the mat, which leads to greater proprioception, flexibility and strengthening of your core and muscles. ​Who Can Do SUP Yoga?

SUP yoga is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 or children aged 16+ with an accompanying adult. Each class tailors the poses to the individual. It doesn't matter if you do the poses sitting, kneeling or standing and it certainly doesn't matter if you can't do a headstand! Keep an open mind and don't compare yourself to all the photos you see on the web. Participants need to be willing and to be a confident and competent swimmer.

What equipment do I need?

The Jobe Lena is a specialist SUP yoga board and are provided. Wetsuits are essential all year around as if you do fall in you can quickly feel cold, they are available for hire or part of your package and are washed after every use. Footwear is also essential as you walk around on the land with the boards and equipment and launch from the lake side, either wetsuit boots or soft trainers, which are not provided.

Cancellation policy: Within 2 days of the session no refund can be offered unless someone else takes your place and within a week 50% can be offered. A full refund can be offered 7 days in advance or more of the session
